OWNERS
Owners can be assured that their bookings will go as smooth as possible. We ask all owners who confirm a booking to charge renters a £50 Deposit using the checkout process. This is paid to us and we hold onto that deposit, until the final balance is due and paid. If the final balance does not get paid ON TIME, and you cancel the booking or the renter cancels the booking, then you the OWNER will be paid the deposit minus – £5.00 as per our terms. On completion of a booking that is fully paid up on time, we release the money to you – minus £10 administration fee for safeguarding your money and administrating the booking.
RENTERS
Renters will be asked to pay a £50 deposit on all bookings. The remainder of your booking will be paid as per the payments schedule. If you fail to pay a payment on time, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded. On your Deposit payment we will add a £5.00 administration fee for bank fees for Debit and Credit card payments, servicing your booking and payments schedule. If you fail to make a payment on time, or cancel your booking more than 48 hours after booking, you will lose your deposit.
SECURING YOUR MONEY
Stay Norfolk UK buy default, collects all payments for the accommodation bookings from the Renter. This is then held on behalf of the accommodation owner This includes a deposit and scheduled payments to enable full payment of the agreed booking price. These monies (Payments) will be held in Escrow and released to the owner, once all of the payments have been received, minus an owners £10 administration fee and the owner requests payout. Owners are not charged the administration fee if the booking is cancelled either by them or the renter. If a booking is paid in full at the time of booking being made then there is no administration fee to the owner. In this case, the owner must add our £5.00 service fee to the final amount due on our behalf. OWNERS will be provided with statements for every booking and every payment made on every booking.
